Statistical Reports
This feature allows the user to create a variety of reports
(Terminations, New Hires, Headcount, Transfers IN/OUT), considering
different date ranges and/or organizational levels. For now, these
reports can only be filtered by company Operations structure
(Division, SBU, Location, Team).
In the future, IPS will offer users the option to create these
reports based on the company Human Resources structure (Location
Code, Business Group, Business Unit, Line of Business, etc.).
Creating a Statistical Report:
- Go to HR Reports, select Statistical Reports, and click on
Statistical Reports.
- Select a time period for the report. The field defaults to the
current pay period. However, user may set a different time period:
- This week
- Last week
- This pay period
- Last Pay period
- This month
- Last month
- Use drop down menus to filter report by a specific level, or
leave ALL so the report include every existing department at that
level.
- Select the Level to Start Report on:
- Division
- SBUID
- Location
- Team
- Employee
- Set a particular Employee status:
- Active
- Terminated
- All Employees
- User may click on the 'Send me a Report' checkbox to receive
the data via email or leave box unchecked to view report on
screen.
- Click Submit to create report.
